I did not get shot.
I guess it is more my fault, if a website only has 3 pictures up you should be concerned. You get what you pay for.

Location was convenient to my event.
No elevator...awkward clambering up the stairs with all my luggage. Facility is clean, but quite dated and shows many, many signs of wear inside and out. (Eg, cracked and broken laminate on bathroom countertop; raveled carpet seams; scratched woodwork and furnishings.) Teenagers loitering in the parking lot upon my arrival made me feel a bit unsure that my car would be safe in the parking lot--it turned out to be fine, but I would have slept better had that incident not occurred.

Free breakfast.
Unable to access the free wi-fi and the whole place was kind of run down. We were also given the wrong type of room for what we booked.

Just not clean at all--there was old gum, hair, soap, plastic in the toilet, moldy ceiling panels. Towels were very thin and few of them. Sink dripped all night.

Boarded up windows, cracker cribs under sheets. Screen fell out when I opened the drapes. Pool was clean but cluttered.

They did in fact know about our reservation so I give props to Booked.net for working first of all! The pool was large and even had a deep end, although its barely technically inside, being in fact what was once an outside pool, a shed was kind of built around it so it would be too cold to use in uncertain weather. We injoyed it while we were there though. There was a good size fridge as well and the staff was very friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions we had or give directions and opinions of local attractions. Its not super fancy or anything, but considering its a budget inn, It was perfectly acceptable for the two nights we were there.
The free internet that they had doesn't work outside their main lobby. Both my boyfriend and I tried on our laptops to access it but neither could, and when he got it in the main lobby it was slow on top of that. We managed just fine without it thought. The place wasn't spotless or anything, but it was super cheap to stay there and there were no bugs or anything gross from what I could see, just little things like hairties left of the bathroom door nob from another renter and some mystery smudges on the walls here and there. Also the hot tub was out of order and looked like it had been for a long time, and will continue to be for a long time.

I would not recommend this motel. The thermostat in our room was about to fall off the wall. You had to physically move it into just the right position to get the air-conditioner to kick in. The swimming pool (indoor) area had a broken window. The overall condition of the motel was run-down.
It's general appearance was dingy

I did not like anything about this hotel, except checking out.
Worst Hotel Ever!!!!!! There was a hole in the bathroom door, the wall was coming off in the shower, the toilet ran all night, the sink dripped all night, the light had a sign that said "Don't touch switch!" Our door didn't lock, the frame was loose and the whole thing moved when we tried moving the door. Maintenance man was called and glued the frame! Refrigerator temp. Gauge was broken and set to the coldest setting, so all our food was frozen. The window was cracked and screens falling out. Blankets had cigarette burn holes and blue and pink stains. Didn't dare get into the pool the facility looked unclean and unkept. The 'indoor' pool was inclosed with greenhouse like panels. And several of the roof ones were missing! Hot tub was broken. And the whole place smelled like smoke even though we had a 'nonsmokin' room. Our ice bucket had a different hotel name on it and graffiti. Definitely not worth what you pay!!!!!!!
